Onsite
Workplace lots, fleets, and everything in between
If a vehicle sits in the same lot every day, the sensible time to deal with its battery is while it is parked and nobody needs it. We come to the site, do the work, and the driver never loses a morning to it.
What happens when we arrive
We come to the site
Office park, distribution yard, dealership lot, apartment complex, or a shopping centre. If the van can reach the vehicle we can do the work.
Several vehicles in one visit
If more than one needs doing, book them together. It is one trip for us and one interruption for you rather than several.
When this is the call to make
Any one of these is enough of a reason to pick up the phone. You do not need to be sure.
- Vehicles that sit in the same lot all week
- A small fleet with no in house maintenance
- A vehicle in a gated or permit only lot
Straight answers
Do you take fleet accounts?
Talk to us on the phone about what you run and how often. Regular work is easier to plan around than emergencies, and it is worth a conversation.
Can you get into a secured yard?
Only if access is arranged before we set off. A locked gate is the one thing we cannot solve on arrival, so raise it at the point of the call.
Not just a jump pack and a wrench
Hybrid and EV 12V
The small 12V battery in a hybrid or electric car still strands it when it dies, and most roadside outfits will not touch one. We will. The traction pack is a workshop job and we say so.
Start stop and AGM registration
Newer vehicles need the replacement battery registered to the management system. Skip it and the car keeps charging to the old battery's profile, which shortens the life of the new one.
Memory saver on every swap
Radio presets, the clock, and stored settings survive the battery coming out. Some vehicles still need a short relearn afterwards, and we tell you before we start.
Get a price in one call
Tell us the ZIP code, what the car is doing, and the year, make, and model. You get the number before anyone is dispatched.
- Your ZIP codeWhere the car is
- What it is doingClick, crank, silence
- Year, make, and modelSo we load the right battery
- AccessStreet, driveway, or garage level
That is the whole dispatch checklist. Have it ready and the call takes a minute.
